Responsibilities:

  • Assist in arranging the Executive Committee meetings, monitoring follow-up actions, as well as coordinating to ensure that all resolutions have been implemented.
  • Preparing accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes in both Thai and English languages within specified deadline.
  • Assist in arranging the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, supporting the registration process, as well as reviewing and preparing necessary documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports in both English and Thai and disclosures to the SET and annual filing to SET/SEC.
  • Provide support for tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Good command of English both speaking and writing with strong translation skills
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, and attention to detail.
  • High administrative and well-organized skills and good interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize work and keep deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Possess knowledge of the SEC/ SET rules and regulations would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Company Secretary functions or related fields with SET-listed companies would be an advantage.
